In order to monitor the quality of products and services received, please feel free to email us about your experiences, so we can give you more of what you like, and change anything that you don’t. Also, if there is a particular supplier that you would like to receive a concession from, please let us know and we’ll contact them to see what we can arrange.

How to get your concessions
To benefit from the concessions available, you will normally need to download a voucher from this section. The vouchers need to be completed with your name and membership number, and signed in the presence of the supplier, who may ask for some independent form of ID. The varying terms and conditions of use are stipulated on the voucher.
